What we guarantee.
Within 12 months of your start date, your Signal Site will send you new leads worth at least $7,000.

How we count a lead.
A lead is a first-time caller to your Signal Site's tracked number whose call is answered and lasts 60 seconds or more, or a form enquiry with genuine contact details. Spam, sales calls, job seekers and your existing customers don't count.

How we value a lead.
Before we start, we agree in writing what a lead is worth for your business: your average job value x your close rate. Example: $3,000 average job x 25% close rate = $750 per lead, so $7,000 is 10 leads.

If you're short at month 12.
We run Google Ads for your service, at our cost, until the total is reached. We keep working on your Google profile and website free during that time. You don't pay for any leads in this period.

You don't have to claim it.
We track every lead and report monthly. If you're short at month 12, the ads start automatically.

What we need from you.
Follow up every lead straight away (an instant auto-reply, then at least 3 calls and 2 emails over the first 3 days), stay trading in the agreed service and area, and keep your payments up to date.
The guarantee is about leads, not jobs or revenue. Full terms are in your client agreement.
